I had 3 different accidents in less than 3 months. After dealing with 3 different insurance companies and many different agents, dealing with Leif’s was refreshing. I dealt with only 1 person (Greg) and he was very thorough with the details and very patient with making sure I understood the process.
I was expecting my car to take several weeks to be fixed. I was pleasantly surprised when I got the call that my car was done. I went to pick it up and got an even bigger surprise, I didn’t owe any of my deductible. They gave me a discount and between all 3 insurance companies, there was some extra coverage. If I ever need a body shop again, I will be going directly to Leif’s.
I had great customer service from the very beginning thanks to Brett. He kept me up to date with the my car’s progress and service needs. He worked seamlessly with my insurance to make sure they got the right parts on the car. I really didn’t have to do much other than drop my car off and pick it up.
The service team was friendly and answered all of my questions. I received a 24hr notice when my car would be ready. They even managed to complete my repairs ahead of schedule. This was probably the easiest transaction I have ever had. I signed up for the rewards program and my rental car during the repair period was covered! I would definitely come here for all of my future repairs.
I’ve been to Leif’s for 2 different repairs on my vehicle (both non-body work) and have been impressed by their quick and efficient work ethic. I’ve dealt with Patrick both times and have appreciated his help. It is really nice to have someone remember me when I call or go in there for my free ‘Oil Change For Life’.
I brought my car to Leif’s for the first time a year ago. I felt comfortable with the suggestions they made and confident driving my car afterwards. Last week I worked with Dean to get my door handle fixed. He got it done at the time most convenient for me, which was great.
I went to Leif’s in Tigard on a recommendation from a friend and was able to get financing when no other auto service store could. They were all so nice and helpful. The person that helped me while my car was being serviced was Dean Scruton Sr.
He was always very nice and cheerful and made me feel comfortable while I was in the office. He even gave me chocolate when I left to take my car home. I will definitely recommend this Leif’s to people I know and will continue going there for all my car needs.
