Subject vehicle was inspected and the following was found:
- Frame was billed out as being repaired yet was still bent.
- Shop billed for parts and procedures that were not done.
- Shop damaged the drive shaft when vehicle was on the frame rack.
- Shop overlooked the structural damage to the wheel well area.
- Shop overlooked the structural damage to the bed.
- Work done by the shop needed to be redone due to poor workmanship.
- No scans were run.
- Total cost of re-repairs exceeded $8,000.
