Case No. XXXXX
DECLARATION OF
LEIFS CUSTOMER XXX
|
I, LEIFS CUSTOMER XXX declare:
- In October, 2004, my 2001 Honda Civic was involved in an accident that was the fault of a person insured by YYY Insurance.
- Thereafter, I talked with a YYY Insurance Company field adjuster named YYY1. When I told her that I wanted to have my car repaired at Leif’s Auto Collision Center, she told me that I would have to go through my own insurance company and not have YYY Insurance Company direct bill. She then stated she needed to see the car. As she looked at the car, she told me that Leif’s “likes to replace things rather than repair them which increases the cost of repairs and increases everyone’s insurance rates.” She added, “that’s why insurance companies don’t like to work with Leif’s.”
- Also, during the meeting with YYY Insurance Company’s field adjuster, YYY1, she informed me that there was no damage on my car’s door when there clearly was; she told me that it didn’t need to be replaced, at most painted. She also rubbed marks off of the tire and then told me that there were no marks on the tire. I asked her not to touch my vehicle anymore.
I hereby declare that the above statement is true to the best of my knowledge and belief, and I understand it is made for use as evidence in court and is subject to penalty of perjury.
DATED this 27th day of July, 2004
