Leif’s Contest Rules

1. 1.  NO PURCHASE NECESSARY. Purchase of a product or service from Leif’s Auto Collision & Service Centers or any of its affiliated companies will not improve the chance of winning. Void where prohibited. Subject to all federal, state, and local laws. Participation requires Internet access.




2. 2.  CAN I PARTICIPATE? To participate in any Leif’s Rewards Contest, Drawing, or Giveaway you must:
   
   - Be a current member of Leif’s Rewards Club program.
   
   - Be a legal resident of the states of Oregon or Washington.
   
   Employees of Leif’s Auto Collision & Service Centers and its subsidiary and affiliated companies, advertising and promotion agencies, vendors, web site providers or other parties involved in any aspect with the creation, production, operation, execution and fulfillment of the Contest and the immediate family members (parents, siblings, children and spouse) and/or those living in the same household (whether or not related) of each are not eligible to win.




3. 3.  HOW DO I JOIN LEIF’S REWARDS CLUB? You can sign up for Leif’s Rewards Club online. Go to http://www.leifs.com and click on Rewards Club at the top of the page. Follow the instructions to register for your free membership in Leif’s Rewards Club. You will receive a printable page to prove your membership, and subsequently, you will receive a membership card in the mail.




4. 4.  HOW DO I ENTER A CONTEST? Visit Leif’s Rewards Club website (www.leifs.com/rewards) and click the link to enter a given contest. You may be required to fill out a form, survey, or other entry materials.




5. 5.  CONTEST ENTRY PERIOD. All Leif’s Rewards Contests have a beginning date for accepting entries and an ending date, on which the awards are determined. Entries received before the beginning date or after the ending date are not eligible to win.




6. 6.  CONDITIONS APPLICABLE TO ALL ENTRIES. By accepting any prize, each Entrant understands and agrees that their name and image may be posted online to leifs.com, or published in Leif’s advertising and promotional materials without further compensation or review. Sponsor reserves the right to revise or eliminate prizes in whole or in part. Entrant further agrees to release Leif’s from any and all claims that any such use by Leif’s, including any commercial advertising presentation, web content or any other material subsequently produced, presented and/or prepared by or on behalf of Leif’s, infringes the Entrant's rights.
