The insurance company paying the claim will cover the cost of tow bills. Towing between markets, (i.e., Medford to Portland), may be only partially covered. We make all the arrangements for towing on your behalf.

Insurance Company says they guarantee the work but in actuality they either pay us to redo the work or refuse to honor their guarantee. Only the company that performs the service can guarantee what they do.
