Every Friday from 1-5 PM, Leif Hansen, owner of Leif’s Auto Collision in Tigard, Oregon, works to remanufacture a heavily damaged 2004 Ferrari Spider to the condition it was the day it rolled out of the factory in Modena, Italy.

You can watch every step of this process on our Live Webcast every Friday afternoon.

Or if you can't catch it live, every Thursday we'll post a new video featuring the highlights of the last week's work.

Over the course of this 6 month project, you’ll learn the inside secrets of how the experts take a vehicle that most would walk away from and return it to new. You'll see the remanufacturing process from beginning to end as this Ferrari is taken apart, straightened, realigned within 1 millimeter front to back, painted and completely reassembled. This is the first production vehicle to be made entirely out of aluminum and it takes special skill, knowledge and tools to complete this kind of repair. When Leif is finished with this vehicle, it will appear the same way it did the day it passed final inspection at the factory.
