Rewards Club members may also be eligible for a complimentary loaner vehicle only while their vehicle is being actively repaired or worked on, whether the repairs are for service, mechanical, or auto body. Leif’s complimentary loaners are clean, reliable cars that will substitute your vehicle while it is being serviced by Leif’s Auto Centers. Restrictions Apply, call for details. *


TOWING**

We understand the importance of your car to your daily life, and as such, have a plan in place for Leif’s Rewards Club members. Rewards Club members qualify for complimentary towing services provided by Leif’s if your tow is not covered under another plan. We operate a full time fleet of flat-bed transport trucks to safely and swiftly ship your vehicle to our repair facility. **

Furthermore, we do not provide loaners when the vehicle is not being actively worked on due to delays outside our control such as insurance authorization delays, parts delays or payment delays.


**If you require a tow after hours, there may be a minimal charge if we need to use an outside vendor. Complimentary towing is only available for our Rewards Club customers. If a third party owes for a tow, Leif's reserves the right to collect from that third party any cost incurred by our tow company or our outside vendor. This guarantee does not apply to insurance or third party payers of repairs or services and is not valid with any other discount.

For vehicles that are not being repaired by Leif's or which are abandoned, our storage fees are $80 per day outdoor, $100 per day indoors.

  • I had an accident with Jeep Commander, and received estimates from several different body shops. Leif's was the very helpful in walking me through the process, and made me feel comfortable and confident that they would do a good job fixing my vehicle and looking out for me.

    Once they had my vehicle and began working on it, they were very diligent to keep me informed along the way. When they were done with the work, they were very particular about making sure I was satisfied with the work they did. If I have a need for a body shop again, I won't be shipping around, I'll be taking it straight to Leif's.

He worked seamlessly with my insurance to make sure they got the right parts on the car. I really didn't have to do much other than drop my car off and pick it up.

    The service team was friendly and answered all of my questions. I received a 24hr notice when my car would be ready. They even managed to complete my repairs ahead of schedule. This was probably the easiest transaction I have ever had. I signed up for the rewards program and my rental car during the repair period was covered! I would definitely come here for all of my future repairs.

  • I can honestly say that I’ve never had a better experience taking my car to the shop than I’ve had at Leif’s. What could have been a really stressful situation was made much easier with the help of Dean Scruton Sr, the service manager, and all the other friendly staff.

    When I got the news that my car was going to need to stay over night they helped with setting me up with a rental car so I wasn’t stranded and could still make it to work the next day. Their prices are more than fair, I shopped around, and they took the time to explain everything to me. I felt they were honest, fair, and friendly. I will definitely be back for all my automotive needs.

  • Lief's Shop was the first stop I made after my vehicle was involved in a hit-an-run. Leif's staff were very friendly and willing to work with us and even made the call to our insurance company for us. After we handed over the keys they made sure we were set up and happy with a rental car.
