  • I can honestly say that I’ve never had a better experience taking my car to the shop than I’ve had at Leif’s. What could have been a really stressful situation was made much easier with the help of Dean Scruton Sr, the service manager, and all the other friendly staff.

    When I got the news that my car was going to need to stay over night they helped with setting me up with a rental car so I wasn’t stranded and could still make it to work the next day. Their prices are more than fair, I shopped around, and they took the time to explain everything to me. I felt they were honest, fair, and friendly. I will definitely be back for all my automotive needs.

  • I took my Saturn to Leif's Autobody in Tigard. Their waiting room is large and comfortable. Everybody was friendly. I worked with David. He even helped guide me through what needs to be done with the insurance company.
    Overall, they have great customer service and do a terrific job. I would defiantly recommend them.

  • I was involved in a car accident resulting in pretty heavy damage to the front of my Honda. I was wary of bringing my car to the little shop my insurance company suggested, so I took it to Leif's after hearing good things about them--and I'm definitely glad I did!

    I brought my car in and within 45 minutes I had a rental car (a pretty sweet one, too)...their very pleasant staff kept me posted throughout my repair, AND Leif's paid $200 of my deductible for me. I now have my car back, it looks absolutely fantastic, and I'll be getting 3 free oil changes a year just for having the repair done. Leif's turned what could have been an awful experience into a very painless one."

  • I was in the middle of moving when I had an accident. All I could think was to take it to Leif's so I called and was told they could see me later that day. Since I had signed up for the rewards program, I was able to get a free loaner car and will get free oil changes for life.
    My car was done in a week and a half, not the three weeks they originally thought. What a nice surprise and my car looks brand new! My service rep Angela was especially helpful with frequent updates and taking care of the rental car for me. It was a good experience for me and I would recommend it to my friends.
