I dealt with only 1 person (Greg) and he was very thorough with the details and very patient with making sure I understood the process.

    I was expecting my car to take several weeks to be fixed. I was pleasantly surprised when I got the call that my car was done. I went to pick it up and got an even bigger surprise, I didn't owe any of my deductible. They gave me a discount and between all 3 insurance companies, there was some extra coverage.   • I can honestly say that I've never had a better experience taking my car to the shop than I've had at Leif's. What could have been a really stressful situation was made much easier with the help of Dean Scruton Sr, the service manager, and all the other friendly staff. When I got the news that my car was going to need to stay over night they helped with setting me up with a rental car so I wasn't stranded and could still make it to work the next day. Their prices are more than fair, I shopped around, and they took the time to explain everything to me. I felt they were honest, fair, and friendly. I will definitely be back for all my automotive needs.
