Leif’s Rewards Club Benefits, Terms and Conditions

All benefits only available to active Rewards Club Members.

 

Points: How to Earn Them and Spend Them.

The below rates are subject to change at any time without notice, please check back frequently to ensure you are up to date.

* A point is earned at the Earn Rate for your service. For example, if you bring your vehicle in for a $10,000 collision repair, you will earn 500 points. Any deductions you receive such as Deductible Assistance, manager discounts may be deducted from your points earnings at a rate of $1 per point. For example, if you receive $200 in deductible assistance on your $10,000 repair, your points after the repair will be 300.

** A point may be credited towards a dollar’s worth of service up to the Redemption Rate on future repairs. For example, if you choose to purchase a $100 Brake Service you may use up to 10 points provided you have earned at least 10 points, for a final price of $90 (assuming the Redemption Rrate is 10% on Customer Paid Mechanical Service). You may use points earned on your Insurance Reimbursed Collision Repair towards other Customer Paid services during the same visit. Otherwise, you may use your points on your next visit. 

Leif’s will track your points balance for the life of your Rewards Membership. You may use your points at any Leif’s location at any point in the future. Should you cancel your Rewards Membership or if it becomes inactive you will no longer have points. If you restart your Rewards account, your points balance will start at zero.

 

Terms and Conditions

1.     These terms are subject to change at any time. Please review them frequently.

 

2.     Membership

a.     All of the below benefits are only available to ACTIVE Leif’s Rewards Club Members.

b.     To become a Member you must

                                               i.     Complete the Membership Signup form at www.leifs.com

                                             ii.     Click the Terms Acceptance email that is sent to your membership email address

                                            iii.     Click “I Accept” at the bottom of the Terms and Conditions page the link opens

c.     To maintain your Membership you must

                                               i.     Maintain a valid email account with Leif’s Rewards

                                             ii.     Not opt-out of our email correspondence

                                            iii.     Provide occasional feedback to Leif’s regarding automotive services and information

d.     Points

                                               i.     Membership Points Have No Cash Value

                                             ii.     Member’s “points value” goes to zero in the event they become inactive or are terminated.

                                            iii.     Inactive members who become active again have a points balance of zero at the time they become active.

e.     Leif’s reserves the right to terminate any membership at any time

 

3.     LOANERS

a.     Leif's will provide a loaner for all collision and mechanical repairs over $500.00 only during the period of time when repairs are being performed and after one of the two criteria below are  met:

                                               i.     The request for a loaner vehicle must be made before owner’s vehicle arrives at a Leif’s Automotive location. The loaner will then be provided after insurance approvals to begin repairs have been accepted.

                                             ii.     Or, if not using insurance, from the day the customer authorizes the non-insurance repairs.

b.     This benefit generally cannot be combined with the Deductible Assistance Benefit.

 

4.      DEDUCTIBLE ASSISTANCE*

      Club card members are eligible for deductible assistance. (Request for deductible assistance must be made before owner’s vehicle arrives at a Leif’s Automotive location).

5.     Towing

       Club card members are eligible for towing at no charge for any wrecked or disabled vehicle that is to be repaired by Leif's. This applies only with Leif's in-house tow company and within a 40 mile radius of any Leif's service center.

6.     Oil Changes

        Club card members are eligible for two (2) oil (5-30W only) and filter changes per year to include a standard spin on oil filter and up to five quarts of synthetic blend oil for $14.95 per oil change. This offer is applicable to most vehicles. Some specialty vehicles and diesels may require special filters and oil for which there will be an additional charge. Vehicle must be at our Tigard or Medford locations to receive this benefit.
